“I just got my NAC result (May 2022), and I scored 1457 (98.9th percentile). I am extremely happy and grateful to Dr. Vahid, who enormously contributed to it. I registered for his course about 3 months before the exam, but due to COVID I had to postpone my NAC exam and he was very accommodating about the situation and continued all his effort to make sure I was preparing well. There was no single time in which I felt his course was focused on profits. He knows all his students and he always answered me fast every time I needed or I had questions. Besides the course, I had three one-to-one sessions with him, in which his feedback was extremely helpful and relevant so that I could adjust my practice accordingly. The course itself is different from others that I've seen because it prepares us for ALL scenarios, not only high-yield topics. He does not focus on "high-yield cases" but in everything we should know to master all the complaints in each system or communication challenge. The course is divided by systems and his material on the most common scenarios, which questions we should be aware in many systems and his tips on the verbalized physical examination were really above the expectations. The material is EXTREMELY well organized and prepared. During the weekly meetings, the cases we were exposed to were very relevant. Everyone has the opportunity to play the role of physician in some of the sessions, I did it 3 times. Moreover, I did his mock test and I believe that it is the most complete mock I've seen (and this is a general opinion from several friends who did it too). There were 12 stations (rather than 10), the scenarios covered all the significant areas of medicine and his feedback was very extensive with checklists (more than 40 pages). He corrects not only medical approaches but also grammar, sentences, communication and non-verbal communication. Also, the standardized patients were native speakers, which was a differential too. I believe the mock I did with him was the one single decision that helped me the most to get a good score. Talking about Dr. Vahid, he is very methodic, gentle, responsible, caring and available. Sometimes, we can have the impression that no one will get everything he expects correctly, but this helped me and encouraged me to keep moving forward. Even on the day before the exam, when I was anxious and worried, he wrote me words of encouragement and trust. I will always be grateful for his hard work and for choosing his course to help me in this journey. I also would like to thank the study partners I had, many of them I got to know at Dr. Vahid's course, even some of them who were not registered, but Dr. Vahid made the link between us. As a final note, right strategy needs to be associated with hard work to be fruitful. I practiced for 12 months with practices in small groups which were initially weekly and then daily. In each encounter, we covered 4-6 cases and near the exam I did mocks of 10 cases with my study partners. I would say I dedicated about 3h on weekdays and 5h on weekends to my preparation. 1. Six-month subscription to our high-quality pre-recorded course. For more or less than 6 month subscriptions, please contact us. As you will see below, for more than 4 month subscriptions, there is an option for paying in installments as well. Other programs either do not have any pre-recorded courses or their pre-recorded courses are not comparable to ours as they are just recordings of their classes where students listen to the lectures or are exposed to clinical scenarios mostly in the lecture formats. Because of the exceptional value of our pre-recorded course, we are the only NAC OSCE preparation program that uses special technology for protecting course content. As you will see in the diagrams below, your journey with us has major differences from the journeys with other programs and that’s why our students succeed and are satisfied with our programs. Eligibility for a 20-40% discount on our online mock exam ($345 for 6 months subscriptions and $460 for less than 6 months subscriptions as opposed to the regular price of $575) and priority in registering for that. Because of the limited availability of our online mock exam and the high demand for it, it usually gets sold out in a few hours after we open the registration. However, our subscribers get the chance to choose a date that works best for them for their mock exam before it becomes available to the public and gets sold out. Please just note that if you subscribe to our course late, we may not be able to offer our mock exam to you. Also, as explained below, Dr. Vahid’s availability will be more limited for the Sep. 2025 and May 2026 NAC OSCE exams, so the number of our spots for online mock exam for these two exams will decrease.

We will continue running our live online practice/feedback sessions twice a week until June 30, 2025. However, due to participation of Dr. Vahid in a postgraduate training program between July 1, 2025 and July 31, 2026 and his limited availability, we will run two live sessions a month during the aforementioned period. Because of the upcoming decrease in the number of our live sessions, we have lowered the cost of a 6 month subscription to our course from $1345 to $945. We will still provide you with our pre-recorded course (including course videos and documents) and recordings and notes of previous live sessions. Those are the same materials that our students used to ace the NAC OSCE exam. Since Dr. Vahid is committed to helping students as much as possible, he will still do his best to run more than two live sessions a month after July 1, 2025. However, this cannot be guaranteed. If he is able to do so, our students will not be charged for additional sessions.

Each live session lasts between 1.5-2 hours where one to two candidates will get a chance to play the role of physician in an interaction with Dr. Vahid and receive oral AND written feedback. Before June 30, 2025, our live sessions will be held on Fridays (6:30-8 PM Pacific time/9:30-11 PM Eastern time) and Sundays (6:30-7:30 PM Pacific time/9:30-10:30 PM Eastern time). In rare cases, we may need to change the schedule of our live sessions. In those situations, we will inform our students in advance and will run make up sessions.

The two sessions that we will run each month between July 1, 2025 and July 31, 2026 will likely be conducted on Fridays and Sundays as well. The exact date of those sessions will be announced to our students at the beginning of each month.

The weekly sessions aim to provide you with detailed and up-to-date guidance on how to approach the usual and challenging cases that you may see in the new NAC OSCE exam, and provide you with great opportunities to practice and receive valuable feedback. The feedback provided can be of great help in improving your communication skills as well. The Friday sessions and Sunday sessions are recorded, so if you are unable to attend those sessions, you will still be able to use the recording of the sessions.

The sessions are also one of the platforms that we have for answering your questions, discussing important topics, and connecting you with others who are enrolled in the course. Turning the videos on during our weekly sessions is optional. The sessions can be joined by a phone or a computer.

Our pre-recorded course consists of videos and documents that need to be downloaded to your device. You will be able to use the videos and documents on two devices (one computer and one mobile device). The ability to use the videos offline on mobile devices (iPads/tablets or cellphones) was developed in May 2022 to help our students make maximum use of their time for preparation by making our invaluable videos accessible to them on the go.

You will need to install special software on your devices to use the videos and documents. Usually, we are able to provide students with access to this course in less than 2 hours after subscribing. After downloading the course package, you can disconnect from the internet and use the course offline.

Your name will appear as a transparent watermark on the videos and documents.
