In this policy, Websites will refer to the Nil Academia website, the NAC OSCE and Clinical Skills Preparation Course website and all courses under their name available at nilacademia.com, nacoscecourse.com or hosted on Thinkific.com as well as other related websites and the downloadable/offline version of the course, “you” or “your” will refer to any person or entity subscribing to and/or using the Websites (each one a “User” and collectively “Users”). Unless otherwise stated, “Nil Academia,” “we”, “our”, “ours” or “us” will each refer to Nil Academia.
Nil Academia that operates the Websites respects your privacy. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, such as when you provide email contact information to subscribe to the NAC OSCE exam preparation email list newsletter, send feedback to us, register for or purchase one of his courses or respond to a survey. If you voluntarily provide your email address or other contact information, we might also use it to inform you of changes to our courses or our updates which may include our events or promotions, to survey you about your use or opinion of our products, or to ask for your support if relevant. Your identifiable information will also appear on your screen if you purchase one of our pre-recorded courses. At your request, we will remove your contact information from our files.
We are using providers who have in place a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. Those service providers offer the use of a secure server. All supplied credit card information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology of PayPal or Stripe and is kept confidential. Your credit card information is not stored by Nil Academia or the Websites.
We do not make your contact information or any other personally identifiable information available to anyone outside our service providers (who use the information only for our authorized purposes) unless we are legally required to do so.
